The BrightSun Solar pool ionizer converts sunlight to a safe low-voltage current to help release the minerals copper ions into the water.
Our BrightSun Solar pool ionizer purifies up to 80m3 of water. It is perfect to eliminate viruses, bacteria, and algae. Therefore, it reduces the use of chlorine in your pool by about 85%. During the ionization process, copper ions are released into the water, making it impossible for microorganisms such as algae and bacteria to survive in swimming pools and ponds. Unlike chlorine products, copper ions remain effective because they are not affected by temperature, evaporation, or radiation.

How do solar pool ionizers work?
Step 1: Let our BrightSun Solar pool ionizer simply float in the pool, and make sure it remains under the sunlight.
Step 2: The solar panel converts sunlight into low voltage harmless electricity. The electrical current energizes the anode to release Cupper mineral ions into the water.
Step 3: The Ionized water inhibits the growth of microorganism and algae in the pool. The solar pool ionizer also collects undesirable minerals such as calcium and iron. It has the effect of softening your water.
Step 4. Every 2 to 4 weeks clean the copper electrode with the supplied cleaning brush.
Step 5. About once a year replace the copper Anode.
